Don't Wait to Get the Care You Need Contact Our Emergency Dentist in Orlando, FL, Today
If you're experiencing a dental emergency, there are only benefits to contacting a dentist as soon as possible:
- Fast treatment often means more conservative treatment. If you receive a filling for a cavity now, you might not need a crown later.
- You can save money, potentially thousands of dollars, by receiving treatment now. For example, root canal therapy can save your tooth and prevent the need for a dental implant and implant-supported crown.
- Timely care can ultimately protect your teeth, gums, and overall oral health by preventing further problems from developing.
You have several reasons to contact our emergency dentists, and you have two offices to choose from. Reach out to our Orlando or Kissimmee office today.

Common Dental Treatments
- Fillings use a tooth-colored composite resin to restore a tooth that has a small cavity. We can also replace lost fillings.
- Dental crowns restore teeth that have been damaged due to trauma or decay. They also protect teeth after root canal therapy. We use our 3Shape TRIOS® scanner and CAD/CAM technology to make same-day crowns.
- Root canal therapy removes infected pulp from inside a tooth and sanitizes the tooth chamber to save the tooth from extraction and prevent the infection from spreading.
- Tooth extraction is sometimes necessary when a tooth can't be saved with other treatments. We use gentle extraction techniques and will only remove a tooth if absolutely necessary.
- Dental implants can replace teeth that have been knocked out. Our dentists will always try to place your natural tooth back in the socket, but if this isn't possible, a dental implant and implant-supported crown can restore your smile.
- Sedation can be used during your dental appointment in Orlando or Kissimmee to keep you comfortable as our experienced dentists get to work addressing your concerns.
FAQ About Emergency Dentistry
What's considered a dental emergency?
You may need to visit our emergency dentist if you have a lost filling or crown, a toothache, a knocked-out tooth, an abscess, swollen gums, bleeding gums, or damaged teeth. If you're experiencing jaw or tooth pain, you should also call us.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
If you require urgent dental care, our team will try to see you as soon as possible. While our dental team may be able to see you on the same day you call, we may also see you the next day, especially if you call our emergency line after hours.
How can I prevent dental emergencies?
Sometimes you can't, and that's why we're here. However, there are some simple things you can do to help prevent emergencies and damage to your teeth. If you play contact sports, wear a mouthguard. If you have bruxism, wear an occlusal splint when you sleep. Don't use your teeth as tools. Be sure to attend your twice-yearly checkups and exams with Ata Dental so we can detect small concerns before they develop into serious problems.
How much does emergency treatment cost?
Your cost will depend on several factors, including the extent of the damage, your treatment plan, and the types of materials that go into any necessary restorations. At Ata Dental, we do everything we can to keep prices low. Additionally, your insurance may help cover your care and we accept financing.
